How to Add Accordion Blocks on Pages Created via AfterShip Page Builder?

Whenever shoppers visit any online store, they usually expect well-organized product pages and want only to see relatable information. However, it’s vital for brands to provide complete product-related information to prevent unnecessary customer service requests.

AfterShip Page Builder lets Shopify store owners add accordions while setting up the product detail content block. It allows store visitors to decide what information they want to see and what needs to stay hidden.

➡️ Steps to use accordion of the product detail content block

Log in to your AfterShip Page Builder account and choose the page in which you have used the product detail content block

Look for the product description section and click on the radio button given for the ‘Show’ > Select ‘Accordion’ option from the dropdown menu

Now, decide the position of your accordion

Note: You can set the accordion position only for the desktop view because it will be displayed at the bottom on mobile.

Click on ‘Add block’ to add accordion(s) on your selected page

After that, give your accordion block a name in the ‘Accordion header’ field and choose the description source from the given options: ‘Shopify product description’ and ‘Customize’

Tip: Always click on the ‘Customize’ option, as that’s how you can convey more and new information via your accordion blocks. For example:
